Our site allows tracking of work orders, scheduling of subcontractors and inspections, processing of scheduled maintenance, and tracking of costs and budgets. This comprehensive tool gives your manager the ability to have real-time information and data concerning response, costs, schedules, and the effectiveness of repairs.
Permissions can be set up and limited to give the client’s construction managers or regional managers access to multiple locations and can be narrowed down to give local managers and employees access to their respective locations or responsibilities. Work orders are tracked from the moment they are opened to the completion and resolution of the issue. Planned, scheduled, and preventative maintenance are tracked and set to reoccur on any timetable necessary, whether it be quarterly for HVAC systems, or yearly for fire suppression and life safety certifications. Every service subcontractor hired by The Blackcomb Construction Group undergoes a rigorous qualification process where their performance, quality, and financials are scrutinized to ensure the highest level of service.
